Job summary

RosevilleSurgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is seeking a motivated full-time Sterile Processing Technician. The role centers on maintaining surgical instrumentation, setting up for procedures, and supporting OR operations in a fast-paced ASC environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday hours. Pay ranges from $25 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Sterile Processing program required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Sterile Processing experience in medical setting required.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers and knowledge of OR instrumentation required.

Responsibilities

• Cares for and maintains all surgical instrumentation and sets up supplies for surgery cases.
• Focus on Central Sterile Processing and OR support; assist in PreOp and PACU as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient care environment and support nursing staff.
• Contribute to efficient completion of surgical services and uphold quality standards.
