Qualifications

• Sterile processing experience preferred.
• CRCST certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Strong knowledge of instrument processing, infection control, and surgical equipment.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and trays.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with instrumentation needs based on the surgical schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment and manage storage/inventory.
