Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Central Sterile Technician in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Central Supply Certified certification preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, preparation, and sterilization of Central Sterile trays, instruments, equipment.
• Inventory management and restocking of supplies; computer data entry and batching of patient charge cards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of department locations within the facility and communicates effectively.
