Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support a 24/hour per month PRN schedule. The role involves care and preparation of surgical instruments, inventory management, and sterilizer testing.
Dayshift Monday–Friday with on-site work in West Chester, PA. Must hold a Certified Sterile Processing Certificate and BLS, and have hospital materials management experience.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the care and preparation of surgical instruments and supplies. The technician maintains established inventory levels by checking supplies and equipment. Orders supplies for the area. The technician performs the appropriate testing of all sterilizers and keeps accurate records.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited sterile processing/central service curriculum inclusive of a clinical rotation or 400 hours of previous sterile processing experience
Must be able to retain knowledge of identification and necessary handling requirements of surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment.
