Job summary

Job description

Compensation
  • $23.79-$38.86/hr. based on previous work experience.
  • Evening differential $1.10/hr.
  • Night differential $1.25/hr.
  • Weekend differential $1.25/hr.
Overview

Our Sterile Processing Department is a fast paced, team oriented, quality driven team consisting of 22 members, with experience ranging from 6 months to 37 years. The types of procedures performed in our health system include cardiology, orthopedics, dental, endocrine, ear, nose and throat, general surgery, robotics, gynecology, labor and delivery, neurology urology, and bariatrics. As a team, we process between 2,500 and 15,000 instruments per day. Our processing technicians demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, critical thinking skills and recognize the importance of their role as a key component to our health systems commitment to our patients and the need for quality work.   • 1 year minimum sterile processing experience required

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification
  • Level 4: Must be certified in Sterile Processing
