Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably CRCST certification with 2–5 years of customer service and SPD experience. Vaccination is required; 24/7 shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST certification preferred; must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year OR and/or Sterile Processing Department (SPD) experience.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
• Knowledge of sterilization standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support operating room staff and sterile processing tasks.
• Set up pre-operative equipment and verify functionality.
• Manage instrument decontamination, inspection, and wrapping.
• Maintain inventory and ensure complete turnover at shift end.
• Maintain laparoscopic equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Use company systems like ADP, Outlook, Concur, Slack as needed.
