Job summary

Northern Monmouth Regional Surgery Center in Manalapan Township, NJ is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Tech to maintain instruments and prepare supplies for surgery cases. Minimum 1–2 years of sterile processing experience and a HS diploma; certification is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Pay ranges from $20.58/hr to $30.00/hr. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, holidays, HSAs, EAP, and discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience.
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed.

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments and prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers

Pay Range: $20.58/hr – $30.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
