Job summary

Sterile Processing Tech

Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments and prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed

Pay Range

$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors, including an individual’s qualifications and experience).
