Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years Sterile Processing experience.
• Completion of Sterile Processing Certification preferred.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cares for all surgical instruments.
