The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Central Service Technician to play a critical role in preparing life‑saving instrumentation for patient use on a routine and emergency basis. What You'll Do

• Process Surgical Instruments: Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrumentation and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and hospital policy.
• Maintain Sterility Standards: Accurately monitor biological and chemical testing, meticulously documenting results and following up on any deviations.
• Prepare for Procedures: Efficiently pick, assemble, and deliver case carts with the necessary instruments for surgical cases, prioritizing urgent needs to prevent delays.
• Manage Inventory & Supplies: Process unused supplies, ensuring accurate charges and documentation.
• Support & Communicate: Handle incoming calls from the Operating Room and direct inquiries, providing excellent service to internal teams.

Job Requirements
