Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Licenses/Certifications: CBSPD or IAHCSMM required.
• CIS and CHL or CSPM and CSIS or must acquire within 1 year from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and schedule work of Sterile Processing staff.
• Assist in supervision, coaching, mentoring, leading and training department personnel.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Precautions and Event-Related Sterility.
• Troubleshoot problems and maintain equipment and procedures.
• Promote safety, efficiency and high quality customer service within budget.
