Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year healthcare experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with coworkers and hospital staff.
• Answers Vocera/phone promptly and assists callers with items needed.
• Assembles supplies and places into case carts for procedures.
• Delivers sterile and non-sterile instruments, supplies and equipment around the hospital.
• Delivers scheduled case carts to the Surgery Department.
• Inventories and back‑ups case carts for the Surgery Department.
• Maintains responsibility for returned instrumentation and packaging integrity.
