Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Generations program. This part-time role (0.60 FTE, 24 hours/week) supports perioperative care and operates under a coordinated surgical schedule. The ideal candidate graduates from an accredited program; certification is preferred.

Military training with 2 years of experience is acceptable. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, holidays, or calls.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing quality care of perioperative patients. Maintains safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors; properly functioning equipment; and availability of equipment, supplies and drugs. Assists and informs physicians of relevant information. Maintains patient treatment area with a coordinated, efficient surgical schedule and team for emergent and scheduled procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program required. Surgical Technologist training though the United States Military may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Surgical technologist certification preferred.
• If military trained, 2 years of experience required.
