Corewell Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to oversee the workflow and direction of Sterile Processing Technicians. You will assist with staff development while ensuring compliance with established standards.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, and required certifications. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and full-time employment with evening shifts at Lakeland Hospital St Joseph.
Assists in overseeing and directing the workflow of the Sterile Processing Technicians as well as equipment and supply issues in the work area in accordance with established policies, procedures and Association of Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards. Provides input into staff evaluations and assists with staff development on shift, as appropriate. Acts as a role model and resource to peers and other members of the health care team related to processing of equipment, instruments, and supplies.

Employment Type: Full time.
Shift: Evening (United States of America).
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40.
Hours of Work: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Days Worked: Monday to Friday.
Weekend Frequency: Variable weekends.
