Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in an allied health field is required.
• 3 years in sterile processing or similar setting with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• CRCST certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates decontamination, storage, assembly, cleaning and sterilization of supplies.
• Supervises all sterilization processes and ensures adherence to standards.
• Monitors work in progress and corrects problems as needed.
