Jefferson’s in-house temp service, JeffTemps, is searching for multiple Sterile Processing Supervisors to support our Center City campus.
M - F 5:30am - 1:00 pm OR Sunday - Thursday, 9:00am - 6:30pm
The Supervisor of Sterile Processing is responsible for coordinating and facilitating shift operations and services provided to our customers. The Supervisor assists with work coordination and oversight for staff processing, distributing sterile materials, and managing surgical instruments. They oversee quality control in the sterile processing department, including troubleshooting technical problems. The Supervisor demonstrates Jefferson's leadership philosophy, leads staff, and assists the department manager with human resources tasks such as staff planning, team building, and performance management to foster excellence and teamwork. They maintain high visibility in supervising the department, assist with staff training and development, conduct interviews, complete performance appraisals, and handle disciplinary actions for direct reports.
