Responsibilities

• Performs general and specialized instrument care duties.
• Provides supplies as needed for surgical procedures.
• Disassembles and cleans critical reusable medical equipment per MIFU.
• Inspects, packages and reassembles trays and instruments according to priority.
• Performs various sterilization methods (e.g., High Level Disinfection, Pre-Vacuum, Gravity Sterilization, Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma) per MIFUs.
• Maintains records and document control per SOPs and regulatory guidance.
