Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Night Shift Central Sterile Technician to perform decontamination, prep/pack, and sterilization of instruments. You will ensure sterile supplies for the surgical schedule while maintaining QA logs and compliance with safety standards.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED with CRCST certification preferred. 6 months of related experience is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of sterile processing, including decontamination, prep/pack, and sterilization.
• Assist with timely provision of instruments and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Maintain QA logs and documentation for sterilization equipment and processes.
• Review and document sterilization loads and biological results.
• Operate and troubleshoot sterilization equipment (steam, gas plasma) and related devices.
• Coordinate with CSP and OR staff to meet daily surgical needs.
