Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience as sterile processing technician.
• Certification and registration as Central Service Technician preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service.
• Perform duties in a safe manner, to prevent injury to self, patients, visitors or other hospital personnel.
• Contribute to maintaining supplies and sterile items for use throughout the hospital.
• Process Code Carts.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
• Perform cleaning and decontamination duties.
