Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Central Service Technician to support the health care team by cleaning, sterilizing and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies.

This role requires cooperative teamwork, basic central service training, and a commitment to quality. Shifts are evenings, with 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday and rotating weekends in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of Central Service Technician course or healthcare training program.
• CRCST certification and/or 1 year sterile processing experience preferred.
• Certification within one year of hire if required by location.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize and package instruments for clinical use.
• Maintain inventory and transport supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with patient care providers and Materials Management staff.
