- Ability to lead across departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead department operations for Sterile Processing across all hours.
- Develop, implement and evaluate policies aligning with regulatory standards (DNV, state, federal).
- Manage human, material and financial resources for safe, high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and interdisciplinary departments for instrument availability and staffing.
- Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives and serve as SME for staff.
