Qualifications

• All certifications required upon hire (CRCST or CSPDT).
• Minimum 3 years in surgical services/sterile processing; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Expert knowledge in surgical supply processing and supply management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sterile Processing Division.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, education and performance reviews.
• Manage capital and operating budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure aseptic/sterile technique compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety, quality logs and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate instrument and supply flow to support OR efficiency.
• Communicate workflow and equipment needs with surgical services leadership.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements.
