Wellstar Health System, Inc. in Griffin, GA is seeking a Lead Sterile Processing Technician to coordinate surgical instrument processing and workflow in the central sterile area.

You will prepare packs, perform cleaning and sterilization, and ensure ORs are stocked with ready-to-use supplies for on-time cases. As a lead, you’ll liaison with OR staff, participate in performance improvement, orient staff, and supervise designated service lines.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years sterile processing experience.
• Expert knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication skills and highly organized.

Mansioni

• Demonstrates aseptic/sterile techniques for instruments and supplies.
• Assembles, wraps, and prepares instruments; maintains sterilization records.
• Liaises with operating room staff and manages workflow.
• Monitors stock levels and restocks as needed.
