Qualifications

• Certification in Sterile Processing within 12 months.
• CBSPT and CRCST certification within one year of hire.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI/AAMI, and IAHSCSMM standards.
• Eligible to take the certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of sterile processing and perioperative materials management.
• Ensure staffing, productivity, and adherence to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with OR leadership to optimize service delivery and cost controls.
• Develop staffing patterns to maintain 24-hour support and scheduling.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and process improvements.
