CommonSpirit Health in Westminster, CO, seeks a Sterile Processing Liaison to support surgical services by delivering instruments and providing exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with OR leadership, ensure case carts and instrumentation are prepared, and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays while maintaining high safety standards.

You should have CRCST or CSPDT certification, a High School diploma or GED, and at least two years in sterile equipment processing.

• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Two years of sterile equipment processing experience required.

Mansioni

• Communicates with Operating Room leadership and staff daily regarding instrument supply, needs and issues.
• Checks case carts for the day’s surgical cases in designated service line.
• Coordinates obtaining additional/missing items needed to prevent case delays.
• Consistently checks for proper functioning of equipment/scopes/instrumentation prior to use.
• Monitors priority list to ensure instrumentation is ready for first cases and follow-up cases.
• Reviews scheduled procedures and discusses anticipated issues with Circulator/OR team.
