Qualifications

• Four years' experience in healthcare with at least three years in quality improvement, process improvement, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates workflow efficiency, staff competency, resource use, safety and compliance.
• Develops and implements improvement plans using the IHI Model for Improvement and LEAN.
• Partners with departments to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Analyzes data for patterns and root causes in care delivery and critical events.
• Translates data into actionable information to drive change and uses run charts/histograms for reporting.
• Ensures staff education and resources support changes; communicates performance to leadership.
