Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily activities between the Operating Room (OR) and Central Sterile Services Department (CSS) to facilitate efficient case flow.
• Assist in projects and process improvement initiatives in compliance with policies, procedures, goals and expectations.
• Promote customer service and satisfaction through training, education, and resolution of staff and physician issues.
• Maintain knowledge of cleaning, assembling, packaging and sterilizing instruments and equipment to current standards.
