Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years in instrument processing or sterile processing in a hospital setting.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required upon hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities between OR and Sterile Processing to facilitate efficient case flow.
• Assemble, sterilize, and standardize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Monitor OR schedules to ensure timely delivery of instrumentation.
• Provide clinical orientation for CCS Technicians and Instrumentation Coordinators.
• Serve as a liaison across multiple reprocessing sites and educate on standards.
