Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Sterile Processing Technicians I and II.
• Facilitate workflow and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Hire and evaluate personnel in collaboration with SPD leadership.
• Promote standard work and lean management principles.
• Collaborate with other leaders to optimize interdepartmental collaboration.
