FlexStaff is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor for our Bethpage, Long Island facility. This is a permanent, full-time role overseeing a team of 15 in the sterilization department, with a 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current CRCST certification.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas.
• Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate transport of carts to facilities.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities.
• Monitor the application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging.
