Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift operations including scheduling, assigned activities, and resources.
• Serve as a technical/resource for staff and perform similar duties.
• Monitor and review quality and progress of work.
• Oversee compliance with policies and procedures and conduct regular audits.
• Contribute to quality assurance of work through regular audits.
