• Preferred: Healthcare Sterile Processing Association credential for Central Service Tech.
• Preferred: CBSPD credential for Central Service Tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shift operations including scheduling, assigned activities, and resources.
• Serves as a technical or functional resource for staff and may perform similar duties.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews quality and progress of work; reports on policy compliance.
• Oversees maintenance of supplies and evaluates orientation and training of associates.
• Contributes to quality assurance by conducting regular audits.

Education

High School diploma or GED with 2 years of cumulative experience

Associate's degree or Technical degree

4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
