Job summary

Qualifications

• CRCST or CSPDT certification required or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; sterile processing program preferred.
• Two years relevant experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates surgical instruments and supplies for surgery.
• Serves as contact person for OR personnel needing instruments and supplies.
• Develops core instrument knowledge and builds instrument sets; coordinates trial and purchase of new sets.
• Performs CPD duties: washing, reassembling, and wrapping instruments; operates sterilizing equipment; maintains inventories.
