Qualifications

• Two to three years Sterile Processing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Certification within first year of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high-level disinfection and sterile processing performance per standards (AAMI/OSHA/Joint Commission/AORN).
• Trains and directs staff, provides day-to-day work direction, and guides complex issues.
• Receives and processes instrumentation from OR, departments, clinics, and external customers promptly.
