Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: One year in purchasing, inventory management, or healthcare logistics preferred.
• Preferred: Knowledge of inventory systems and supply chain best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory reporting tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and supply coordination for sterile instruments and supplies.
• Maintain par levels and monitor stock to support surgical services.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor relations for timely procurement.
• Review and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Process special orders and coordinate delivery timelines with stakeholders.
• Support data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
