Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar sterile processing position in an operating room setting.
• Knowledge of surgeon preferences, procedures, instrumentation, equipment, and decontamination/sterilization.
• Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by selecting, assembling, and processing instruments and equipment.
• Perform cleaning, decontamination, maintenance, and preservation of instrumentation.
• Care for all instrumentation to ensure operational integrity.
