Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or CBSPD certification preferred or required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare instrument sets; decontaminate, wrap, and sterilize instruments.
• Monitor OR schedule for instrument needs and coordinate borrowing.
• Maintain records of sterilization, DART tests, and implant biologicals.
• Maintain instrument set status and communicate with OR staff and vendors.
• Train personnel in instrument duties and sterilization techniques.
• Support continual preventive maintenance of all instruments.
