Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in Central Sterile Processing in a healthcare setting.
• Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology, Healthcare, Science, or related field with 1 year of Sterile Processing experience in lieu of 3 years
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Surgical Tracking System Software platforms
• Previous experience in staff education, precepting, training, or leadership preferred
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation surveys preferred
