Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a CSP Educator for Sterile Processing in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on education, training, and leadership within the central sterile department.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in Central Sterile Processing and an HSPA/CBSPD credential, with strong computer skills and experience with tracking systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to improve processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Central Sterile Processing in a Healthcare Setting to include Hospital, Surgery Center, or a Contracted Engagement for Healthcare Facility
• Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology, Healthcare, Science, or a Related Field with 1 Year of Sterile Processing Experience in lieu of 3 Years of Experience
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook systems from Microsoft
• Experience with Surgical Tracking System Software platforms
• Previous experience in staff education, precepting, training, or leadership preferred
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation surveys preferred
