Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or 3 years with certificate.
• Certification as CSPDT or CRCST required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees orientation and training of new employees.
• Implements continuing education for staff.
• Assesses competency of preceptors and adjusts training as needed.
• Communicates with SPD Manager regarding educational needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
