Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Sterile Processing.
• Three years experience in Sterile Processing with certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training of new employees.
• Assess staff competency and provide re-education as needed.
• Maintain orientation manuals and skills checklists.
• Coordinate in-service schedule for training.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to assess educational needs

Ability to operate sterilization equipment

Education

High school diploma or GED

Completion of an accredited Sterile Processing certificate program
