Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST certification required.
• CER certification preferred.
• 3 years SPD tech experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver professional development programs and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and align with regulatory requirements.
• Design learning objectives and outcomes for in-service sessions.
• Create training materials including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources.
• Use innovative methods and technologies to improve learner engagement and retention.
