Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses: CRCST - HSPA certification required.
• Experience: 3-5 years designing and delivering training in healthcare or CPD.
• Knowledge: Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on instruction and competency validation in sterile processing.
• Coordinates onboarding, orientation and training for learners.
• Develops and delivers education programs and training materials.
• Facilitates competency validation and annual assessments.
• Maintains training records and certifications.
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor progress and learning needs.
• Provides remediation and supplemental education as needed.
• Supports certification preparation and professional development.
• Acts as a technical resource on sterile processing practices and regulations.
