Sterilization Aide - ENT Clinic

Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing! We have an immediate need for a Sterilization Aide to work in an exceptional GI clinic in the northwest metro! Gain valuable experience and growth as you join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with one day off per week

Location: Anoka

Pay rate: $26- $29 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sterilizing all equipment with procedures that support infection control and OSHA standards.
• Sterilizing and wrapping instruments and preparing sterile trays for procedures.
• Ensure that clinic supplies are adequately stocked and well organized.
• Properly maintain all equipment and keep adequate records.
• Perform job responsibilities with teamwork and customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Formal education in central supply / sterilization experience is preferred or at least 6 months recent experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills required.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of grammar / spelling.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently despite interruptions, and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner.
• Able to pass criminal background check.
