BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to perform decontamination, prep, packaging and sterilization of instrumentation in the Sterile Processing Department.

The role includes acting as a preceptor and mentor to team members; candidates should have a High School diploma and pursue certification within 24 months.
