Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to decontaminate, prep, package and sterilize all instrumentation in the department, following established procedures. The role supports the team as a preceptor and resource, contributing to an efficient, compliant sterile services area.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent; certification as a Sterile Processing Technician is preferred and hospital experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as Sterile Processing Tech is preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting is beneficial.
