Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities on production systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Document maintenance activities and update work orders within the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
