Job summary

SRI Healthcare is hiring a Production Associate for our Mason, OH Healthcare Laundry facility. You will perform linen handling, folding, labeling, and packing while ensuring quality standards and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires quick learning, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a steady pace at a standing station. The successful candidate will read and follow all SOPs, participate in continuous improvement, and assist with training other associates as you gain mastery of tasks.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Read and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per SOPs.
• Separate, fold, and distribute clean linen.
• Inspect linen for quality standards.
• Pouch and label sterile products using heat sealing.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for processing.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
