Job summary

SRI Healthcare is hiring a Production Associate for our Chattanooga, TN facility. You will perform linen processing tasks, fold and distribute clean linen, and label sterile products for sterilization workflows.

The role requires strict adherence to SOPs and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity who can stand for long periods and complete repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to read and understand SOPs.
• Able to learn quickly and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong manual dexterity and endurance for long shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain workstation cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met.
• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for further processing.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Keep work station neat and clean.

We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills.
