Job summary

SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Production Associate for our Mebane, NC facility. The role requires careful attention to detail, quick learning, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy while maintaining clean work areas.

You will read SOPs, handle clean linen, package sterile products, and coordinate with Sterilizer Operators to ensure timely processing. A High school diploma or GED is required, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs precisely.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to station tasks.
• Able to perform repetitive manual motions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met.
• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for further processing.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep work station neat and clean.
